YLOK Regulator, has introduced the DP series of diaphragm valves. Designed for lower maintenance and lower volume, the DP has a very small footprint, but also provides all metal seals to atmosphere, which ensures a clean flow stream and a leak-free system. The DP series is available with: brass, 316 stainless steel, Monel and Hastelloy C; working temperature range from –40? to 500? F; seats in PCTFE (Kel-F), Polyimide, Tefzel and PEEK; work pressure ranges from vacuum to 3600 psig; flow capacity of 0.17 Cv with a low cavity volume of 0.01cc; actuation – hand wheel, ¼ turn and air-actuated; two- and three-way versions; end connections – Gyrolok (®Hoke Inc.), male and female NPT & BSP.
